Exciting news

We have some exciting news. We have another guest instructor coming February 11th, this time to teach us the dances of the Uyghurs.

In the meantime, we have a fun class planned for next Tuesday, January 29th. See you there!

Blue Monday

Several years ago, a British travel agency declared the third Monday in January as blue Monday -- supposedly the saddest day of the year. This was a publicity stunt but people have rolled with it ever since.

But, it doesn't have to be that way. Today may be Blue Monday, but tomorrow is Dance Tuesday!

Don't dwell on today. Look ahead to tomorrow!

Mid January Class

Our next class lands right smack dab in the middle of January -- tomorrow, January 15th. We will be at the Anglican Church Basement. See you there from 7:00-9:00 pm.

More traditional party dance lessons

We will be holding our second party dance class on Monday, January 7th, at the Calvary Church, from 7-9 pm. Join us as we review:

• Basic polka
• Heel-toe polka
• Schottische
• Butterfly
• Seven step 

We may be able to include a little Bhangra as well, for variety.
